Stewart McIsack and Chris Hartmann

Stewart and Chris have designed and led the development of numerous temporary and permanent courses in British Columbia and Washington State. Their clients include municipalities, private landowners, and disc golf clubs as they assist in creating a vision for, and then bringing to reality, new disc golf courses of all levels. Several of their designed courses have hosted the BC Open, one of the premiere A-tier events in Canada and U.S. Disc Golf Championship qualifier. They led the design and construction of Raptors Knoll DIsc Golf Park in Langley, British Columbia, listed as the #13 best disc golf course in the world by Udisc in 2021. Today they sit as Directors with the society that continues to develop and maintain the course. They are obsessively committed to the pursuit of excellence in the science and art of disc golf course design and bring this enthusiasm to each project regardless of scope or budget.

Chris Hartmann

As a professional competitor, Chris is sponsored by Innova Disc Golf and is a top 5 rated player in the world in his age category. He has played over 180 courses in Canada, the United States, and Europe.

Chris was a member of Team Canada who won gold at the WFDF World Team Disc Golf Championships in 2017 in England. He again represented Canada at the event in Estonia in 2019, and in Croatia in 2022 where the team secured the bronze medal.

Chris has competed in over 130 Professional Disc Golf Association sanctioned events including numerous World Championships and U.S. National Tour events. As top Canadian at the Canadian ChampionshIps in 2018 at Hillcrest Farm in PEI, he qualified for, and subsequently competed in the United States Disc Golf Championships in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Chris has a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology from Western Washington University. He has held coaching certification in four different sports and is currently the head coach of Canada’s first collegiate disc golf program at Trinity Western University in Langley, B.C. He has a passion for course design and bringing disc golf into mainstream recreational programming.

Stewart McIsack

Stewart is sponsored as a professional member of Innova DIsc Golf’s Masters team and is consistently one of the top rated disc golfers in Canada.

Stewart competed with Team Canada at the WFDF World Team Disc Golf Championships in Estonia in 2019, in Croatia in 2022, where the team brought home the bronze medal, and will again represent Canada at the 2024 World Championships in Perth, Australia.

In 2019, Stewart qualified for and competed in the s United States Disc Golf Championships in Rock Hill, South Carolina. In 2020 he finished in the top spot in the Professional over 40 division at the Las Vegas Challenge, one of the largest events in the sport, and won the same division at the Canadian National Championships in 2022 and 2024.

Stewart has played over 120 courses in Canada, the U.S. and Europe and has competed in over 95 PDGA sanctioned events..

Stewart has a Certificate in Professional Golf Course Management from Camosun College and has successfully Introduced disc golf to golf course owners resulting in the largest sanctioned disc golf tournament in the Province, the BC Open, being held on these two properties in 2017 & 2018.
